Summer Cooking Collective

Join Jami Dare, Executive Chef at Wartburg College, at Bremer Brewing Co for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating fresh farmers market flavors and the comfort of handmade pasta

Guests will begin the class by enjoying a vegetarian lunch featuring homemade gnocchi paired with a rustic farmers market red sauce, along with one complimentary beverage from Bremer Brewing Company (cash bar thereafter). After lunch, Chef Jami will guide students through a live cooking demonstration packed with practical kitchen skills and techniques designed to build confidence at home.

Students will learn

• How to properly dice onions and knife techniques
